While Apollo Nida may be facing jail time due to federal charges against him for bank fraud and identity theft, her wife The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks is looking slimmer than ever, and many think her husband's legal woes and rumors that they are splitting up is taking an unhealthy toll on her body.

Parks has been flaunting her new physique on Instagram and while fans have complimented her new look, some are concerned that she is losing too much weight. She posted a picture of her with reality TV best friend Kandi Burruss earlier this month and some of her followers couldn't help but comment on her smaller shape.

One wrote, "OMG! She looks so boney"

Another added, "Aw Phaedra! I'm praying for you!"

While another shared their thoughts and wrote, "She looks like a bobble head, what happened? That stress in your home isn't worth it honey"

Another fan wrote, "Wow Phaedra lost a lot of weight hope she's ok"

Still, several fans showed their support for Phaedra and saw her weight loss as a good thing and not related to her personal issues at all.

But it doesn't seem like it's the stress that's getting to her. She actually just signed on to be the new spokesperson for the Xenadrine diet pill. According to a recent press release from the company she has been a loyal user of the pill to lose the excess baby weight after having her second son.

"After giving birth to her second child and looking to get back to her stunningly amazing shape, Phaedra has added Xenadrine® to her diet and exercise routine. Xenadrine® provides Phaedra with a powerful weight loss formula and an extra boost of energy to not only help her take on her busiest days, but leave her with enough fuel for her workouts, too. Whether she needs that extra burst of energy during her cardio sessions or, tougher yet, another Real Housewives reunion, Phaedra will be ready!"

In the meantime, her husband Apollo Nida is close to coming to a plea deal in his fraud case. His pre-trial proceedings have been delayed for the second time until April 25. New documents obtained by Radar Online reveal that his attorneys "and counsel for the government have been engaged in discussions...They are still in the process of investigating additional facts and negotiating a resolution," the documents explain, and "have made substantial progress toward a resolution of this case."
