Chelsea Handler and her sidekick Chuy will soon say goodbye to their E! talk show. Chelsea Lately won't return to TV after this year, according to Handler's manager, Irving Azoff.

"Chelsea intends to leave when her contract expires," Azoff told The Hollywood Reporter. "She hired me to figure out her life after E! We have at least seven suitors and many ideas."

The 39-year-old, who has nine months left to her contract, has been vocal about her frustration with the network. When she visited Howard Stern's radio show on March 5, she called E! "a sad, sad place to live."

"They don't know what they're doing," the outspoken star added. "They have no ideas. It's a failure."

Aside from Handler's grievances, Chelsea Lately's ratings have also dwindled since its debut in 2007. Between 2010 and 2013, viewership decreased by 32 percent averaging 572,000 a night from 839,000.

Yet, it's important to note that Handler has been the only female late-night talk show host since her show premiered and despite her achievement, she said she's been "marginalized."

"You don't have to like me, but you have to acknowledge I'm in the landscape of late night television," Handler previously told Piers Morgan Live. "And now, you know, if I decided not to do late night anymore, being the only woman in late night it would be a problem because then I'm leaving that space empty. So I kind of have to find someone to replace me."

Her success also reaches past the television landscape. Handler released her book, Uganda Be Kidding Me, earlier in March and it landed on the top of the New York Times best-seller list for more than a week.
