It looks like director J.J. Abrams may have teased some casting information on Star Wars: Episode VII, hinting towards a well-known actor.

Five Actors Competing For Leading Male Role?

On Tuesday, Movie Viral posted an exclusive report on a San Diego press conference where Abrams made an appearance. When he was asked how the "dark side will play into the storyline" in Episode VII.

Abrams responded with, "the dark side is always hiding where you don't expect it." He then looked at a monitor that had the Star Wars logo on it where he gave a big smile, then said, "That's all I can say at this time."

Familiar Face To Join Episode VII?

The fact that he mentioned that something will be hiding "where you don't expect it," and then gazing at the logo with a big smile caused some eager suspicion on what that might mean.

The site has a picture of the Star Wars logo that Abrams looked at, which looks like a typical logo. But they managed to zoom in on the photo that happens to have an IMDB link that is supposed to link to none other than Castle star Nathan Fillion.

With that little piece of information, this causes massive anticipation if Fillion will be playing a role, and if he does, if he would be playing a "dark" character. However, could this all be an elaborate April Fool's joke?

The filmmakers of Episode VII have seemed to keep the casting information pretty quiet, although rumors have circulated around plenty of actors, including Adam Driver, Zac Efron and Lupita Nyong'o.

Star Wars: Episode VII is expected to hit theaters on December 18, 2015.
