Love & Hip Hop Atlanta cast member Stevie J is facing some legal troubles, as he still owes more than $1 million in unpaid child support to one of his baby mothers.

According to Radar Online, the reality star whose real name is Stevie Jordan was served with a subpoena to respond to a New York court to Carol Bennett, his ex-girlfriend and mother of his two children.

The subpoeanas were issued by Project Child Support to obtain his financial records so that Bennett can collect some of the $1.28 million in unpaid child payments.

"The subpoenas will enable us to file a petition with the Superior Court of the State of New York to have Mr. Jordan's royalties seized should he not agree to the terms we present  him to pay his unpaid child support," the organization said.

According to Bennett's rep, Stevie J has not attempted to pay any money.

"Currently, Stevie J owes more than $1 million in court ordered child support and has not made any attempt to enter into a payment plan to bring the child support current and has failed to appear in court," Bennett's rep, Sibrena Stowe Fernandez told Radar.

Subpoenas were issued March 17, 2014 to the following:
