Damon Salvatore is traveling back to a different decade in an upcoming episode of The Vampire Diaries.

Elena And Stefan Have 'Sex Dreams' About Each Other?

In the April 24 episode titled "Man of Fire," Damon (Ian Somerhalder) will have an important flashback to the '60s. Fans will catch a glimpse of the vampire following his escape from the Augustine cell. A photo shows the blue-eyed character wearing a leather jacket and a comb.

This flashback could include Maggie (Heather Hemmens), who makes her first appearance on the show during that episode.

In episode nine, Enzo (Michael Malarkey) told Damon that Maggie was the girl he fell for in 1953. She was a lab assistant to Dr. Whitmore, who performed experiments on vampires. After she realized that Dr. Whitmore was torturing Enzo and the other vamps she left.

The show's executive producer teased that Enzo's current intentions will also come to the light.

 "We get to see Stefan and Damon for one night, but we [also] dig into Enzo's story line too," Caroline Dries told TVGuide.com. "He becomes the mini 'bad' of the season and we're figuring out his motivation for why he's in town. He's going to make a number of enemies and he won't do himself favors."

The Vampire Diaries airs on Thursdays at 8/7c on The CW.
