CBS mocked rival ABC in a press release saying it was going to launch a reality show called "Dancing on the Stars."

The two networks are in a legal battle over ABC's show "Glass House" which CBS claims is a "Big Brother" rip-off.

"CBS Television today felt it was appropriate to reveal the upcoming launch of an exciting, groundbreaking and completely original new reality program for the CBS Television Network," the press release said.

"The dazzling new show, DANCING ON THE STARS, will be broadcast live from the Hollywood Forever Cemetery," it said.

The show, CBS explains, will feature "moderately famous and sort of well-known people you almost recognize...dancing on the graves of some of Hollywood’s most iconic and well-beloved stars of stage and screen."

On June 11, a federal judge rejected CBS request to stop ABC's show "Glass House" ahead of its premiere on Monday amid allegations that it is a "Big Brother ripoff.

CBS had filed a request to obtain a temporary restraining order that would stop the show from airing before its debut June 18. CBS claims that former "Big Brother" employees - hired by ABC- traded secrets to the network and claimed copyright infringement.

Judge Gary Allen Feess, said he was "not persuaded" by CBS' claims of copyright infringement and theft of trade secrets, according to Variety.

Feess said the trade secrets CBS claims ABC stole were not really trade secrets and that the similarities between the two shows are generic ideas and not protected by copyright, Variety reports.

But the case is not closed yet. If ABC is found to be wrong, CBS can shut "Glass House" or get compensation, according to TMZ.

In yesterday's statement CBS claimed:

"“Given the current creative and legal environment in the reality programming business, we’re sure nobody will have any problem with this title or our upcoming half-hour comedy for primetime, POSTMODERN FAMILY.”

“After all,” the spokesperson added, “people who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.”
