It looks like some surprises are about to happen when Teen Wolf returns, including the return of a fan favorite as well as a new character that will bring some crazy trouble.

Season 3 Opening Credits Chatter

On Wednesday, E! News updated it's spoiler chat where it was revealed that another character would come along, and it will likely be someone that fans aren't going to like.

"Someone you will be seeing in Season 4? A cocky lacrosse player from a rival school, who will stir up trouble for our gang in episode five," the site reads.

This creates a lot of conflict on who this character will be, and how much trouble this person will bring.

The site also addressed the question of whether Daniel Sharman (who plays Isaac) would make an appearance sometime next season, since E! News previously reported that the actor was leaving the series to focus on other projects, but he apparently requested that his character shouldn't die.

"He specifically asked that we not kill off Isaac, so that he could have the chance to return," executive producer Jeff Davis said. "He said he loved the role so much that he wanted to be able to come back if there was a chance."

Davis also mentioned that there is a "good possibility" that Sharman will return in the fourth season or sometime afterwards.

Sharman was not a series regular, although he was in most episodes in the third season.

Teen Wolf Season 4 is expected to premiere on Monday June 23 at 10 p.m. ET on MTV.
