With the highly-anticipated Phase II Marvel film Captain America: The Winter Soldier opening in just two days, fans are clamoring for any information they can get on the movie.

Steve Rogers and Black Widow Relationship Rumors

While doing interviews with the press and promoting the film, star Chris Evans stopped by the set of Good Morning America Monday to talk about the film, and though he didn't give away too much information, he did reveal a few key elements to the story.

"It's not so much about Steve Rogers adjusting to modern technology as it is him adjusting to modern society," he said. "The company he works for had potentially lost its way, without giving too much away. So it's a matter of him kind of acclimating to the way government works, and what's acceptable in terms of what we expect from our government to keep us safe."

He also revealed that his character will be dealing with how tricky the modern advancements in technology truly are, and how they can help the government bend the rules a bit to protect its citizens, something that won't sit well with Cap.

"What does he find the hardest? Understanding who he's working for," he said. "It's tricky, you know with all the modern advancements in technology, in order to provide the security that your government ensures, you may have to bend the rules. And that bumps for Cap a little bit."

Evans also addressed rumors that he was planning on retiring from acting, saying they weren't true and that he is still planning on acting, despite also loving directing.

"I said that I directed last year and I really responded to it, I really enjoyed it, I'd love to focus a little bit more on that," he said. "Then I'm retiring! Hanging up the shoes I guess! By no means am I planning on retiring. It's kind of a silly statement."
