Pauley Perrette, who plays Abby Sciuto on NCIS, is working with an unexpected new co-star - a Golden Retriever.

Twitter Users Bash 'Fake' New Orleans Accent On New Pilot

"I'm so excited I have an #NCIS scene to shoot with a dog tomorrow! Yay Dogs!" she tweeted on Wednesday.

She later shared a photo of her four-legged friend with the caption, "This is my dog actor I have scenes with on #NCIS He's SO CUTE!"

In the photo, Perrette sported combat boots, a spiked choker with all black attire while the dog sat down next to her with its tongue out.

Aside from bringing cute canines on set, NCIS is also one month away from the season 11 finale. As Enstars previously reported, the finale will focus on Tony DiNozzo and Jackson Gibbs.

The second to last episode will also set Tony up for the finale with an important crime story, according to executive producer Gary Glasberg.

"You know what, the penultimate episode is a fantastic story for Tony that actually sends him to France, and we're really excited about that," he told TVLine. "It's sort of a Three Days of the Condor story that is action-packed and fun with lots of twists and turns."

Aside from Tony, the end of the season will also pay homage to Ralph Waite, who played Jackson, the father of Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon), since 2008. Waite, a veteran actor whose career spanned over 50 years, died on Feb. 13 at the age of 85.

The NCIS season 11 finale airs on Tuesday, May 13 at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
