NBA star Tony Parker is suing the NYC night club in which the infamous Chris Brown and Drake brawl took place last week. Parker, who allegedly suffered an eye injury in the midst of the fight between Chris and Drake, is demanding $20 million from the nightclub, saying the club should not have let the rappers in at the same time.

The lawsuit against W.i.P. Nightclub was filed by Parker at the NY State Supreme Court on Thursday. He blames the poor management of the nightclub and claims that the brawl should never have happened had it not been for the negligence of the club's security.

Parker said he got some shards of glass in his left eye and injured his cornea. He also previously said he and his friends took some punches as well.

The suit claims that the club continued to sell alcohol to those involved in the rift, even though they knew there was "bad blood between Drake and Brown."

"The cornea has been touched. I can't do anything for seven days...But I was lucky. The injury won't prevent me from competing the Olympics in any way," Parker said as he explained his injuries from the brawl. He was hit by glass from the bottles that were thrown around.

The San Antonio Spurs star is set to compete in the London Olympics with the French national basketball team. He said he had to go to the emergency room upon his arrival in Paris last week because of the pain.

Parker has been wearing therapeutic contact lenses and taking drops. He says he missed the start of the French team training because of the injury.
