Prince William and Kate Middleton landed in Wellington, New Zealand on Monday along with their adorable baby boy for the first day of the three-week royal tour.

Find Out Why Prince George's Birth Was The Biggest Story of 2013

The Duchess of Cambridge was fashionable in a bright red Catherine Walker coat with a matching Gina Foster hat as she carried Prince George in her arms. The adorable 8-month-old was dressed in a white sweater paired with shorts and sneakers of the same color.

Even as a baby, Prince George is already becoming a trendsetter like his mom. Before the family headed to New Zealand, photos caught Prince William holding his son's kangaroo backpack and the accessory sold out quickly after.

The furry backpack can be purchased at the Australian Koala Foundation website for a little less than $14. The company quickly added a few more bags in stock to appease the high demand.

The last time we caught a glimpse of Prince George he was on his first beach vacation on the Caribbean island Mustique in February. Last October, Prince George was also photographed at his christening. Middleton and her husband Prince William smiled from ear to ear at the ceremony celebrating baby George, who was born on July 22, 2013.

"It's very emotional," the Duchess said at the time of her son's birth. "It's such a special time. I think any parent will know what this feeling feels like."
