Weeks after the news broke of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's engagement, her alleged ex-boyfriend claims she's expecting her first child.

"She's pregnant already! I saw her three weeks ago," actor Mark Wystrach, told In Touch. "Amber and I dated years ago but we are still close."

This would be the first child for Heard and the third for Depp, who has daughter Lily-Rose, 14, and son Jack, 11, with former longtime girlfriend Vanessa Paradis.

Yet, Depp, 50, denied rumors that his lady was pregnant when he visited the Today show on Friday. When asked about the allegations, the actor said: "A child? Good god, what do you think I am, a savage? No, it's not a shotgun affair."

He also boasted about his fiancee and said, "She's a wonderful girl. She's sharp as a tack. Wonderful, Southern belle. Sweet as can be and very good for me."

Depp first confirmed his engagement last week in an unconventional way. He was asked to speak on the engagement rumors when he was promoting his new movie Transcendence in Beijing, China on March 31.

"The fact that I'm wearing a chick's ring on my finger is probably a dead giveaway. Not very subtle," he said, according to The Associated Press. He then showed off the feminine diamond rock on his ring finger.

Heard and Depp met on the set of 2011's The Rum Diary, but at the time he was still with Paradis while the blonde beauty was dating photographer Tasya Van Ree.
