Rumors continue to fly about the status of Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes' relationship, and the newest claims appear to insinuate that Gosling could be a cheater.

Eva Mendes Forces Ex To Watch Ryan Gosling's Dog?

According to Cosmopolitan, a poll of 2000 women on siteopia.com has pegged guys with the name Ryan as some of the most likely to cheat on a partner. The name came in as number three on the list, which consisted of 68 percent of those surveyed saying they were the victims of cheaters.

The top ten names of men who have cheated on the women surveyed were: Wayne, Liam, Ryan, Matt, Craig, Steve, Scott, Dean, Mark and Lee.

Eva Mendes Wears Ryan Gosling's Shirt?

Though the poll is far from scientific, the likelihood that Gosling could cheat on Mendes because of his name doesn't bode well for his relationship, especially considering rumors that he has been back in contact with ex-girlfriend and The Notebook co-star Rachel McAdams.

Sources told OK! Magazine in March that McAdams was trying to win Gosling back, and Gosling had been somewhat receptive to the idea.

"Rachel has been very low-key about it all," the source said at the time. "She's played it very smart and used the whole 'just friends' angle to get close to Ryan again, but she 100 percent wants him back. He's not the cheating type, but he hasn't been honest with Eva about how much contact he has with Rachel."

Adding to the reported rumors, MTV has been promoting their upcoming Movie Awards by persistently showing Gosling and McAdams' famous kiss as they accepted their 2005 Golden Popcorns for Best Kiss in The Notebook.

"Yes, there are a ton of memorable moments...However, there is only one memory that will forever tug on our heartstrings, and that is the moment in 2005 when Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams won Best Kiss and sealed their win with, well, just about one of the sexiest kisses of all time...seriously, why can't they just get back together?" the network wrote on its website March 20 alongside a posted video of the pair's famous makeout session.
