The 16th Annual Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant was hosted Saturday at The Fillmore at the Jackie Gleason Theater in Miami, Florida.
The Hooters Girl contestants were selected from over 18,000 Hooters Girls who presently work in one of the 430 Hooters restaurants worldwide. The contestants received a coveted spot in the pageant by competing in local swimsuit contests or were selected as the top Hooters Girl to represent their market.
The contestants will be judged by a celebrity panel of judges. The first place, Miss Hooters International 2012, will receive $50,000 cash, a feature in the Hooters Magazine, Hooters Calendar and appear in national TV commercials.
