According to Lancaster Online, Judge Dennis Reinaker sentenced Imir R. Williams to an additional 3 months in prison for breaking the terms of his parole and contacting Schmucker, despite being ordered to have no contact with her.

Williams was initially sentenced to parole and the no-contact order in December 2013, after a Halloween assault where he attacked Schmucker and gave her a broken nose, broken cheekbone, several broken teeth, and bruises.

However, not long after he was sentenced, Williams was discovered at Schmucker's Manheim Township, Penn. Home after local police investigated a noise complaint in January.

At the new sentencing, Judge Reinaker scolded both Schmucker and Williams for violating his previous order.

"Courtroom Eight is not a set for the Discovery Channel," he said. "I am not interested in your ratings. You two have been nothing but a nuisance to law-enforcement."

"I'm telling you, Ms. Schmucker, if I could put you and Mr. Williams in Lancaster County Prison, I'd do it," he continued. "You were the one who criticized the DA (Craig Stedman)."

In his defense, Williams said he didn't mean to disrespect the court's ruling, but he loves Schmucker and couldn't bring himself to stay away from her.

"Its tough; I've never been in this situation," he said. "At 25, I have no control over what happens in my life anymore. I love her to death, but there are circumstances right now...I don't know man. I don't know what else to say."

Schmucker's show has reportedly been on a hiatus from filming since Feb. 26 amid rising conflicts between the cast and the English crew.
