It appears that Richard E. Grant who will guest star on Downton Abbey next season just teased a little information on where the series currently stands.

Adam Pearson Joins Cast At Special Gala?

On Friday, the actor tweeted how exciting it was for him to be on the show, which gives a little hint on what the series could be like in Season 5.

"Done on DOWNTON duties this fine Friday & could not have had a more enjoyable time on it if I had tried," he wrote. "Hugely generous and welcoming cast."

Lady Mary To 'Confess A Doubt' To Anna?

While this doesn't deliver too much of an aspect of what will take place, the actor could be trying to keep it quiet ever since series creator Julian Fellowes made a statement on how the cast probably shouldn't be giving too many spoilers, according to The Telegraph.

"He's very naughty," Fellowes said about Grant posting new photos of the set on his Twitter page. "The trouble we've had with things like Twitter."

"We had to explain to the cast about the dangers of tweeting as no one realized how interested everybody was in the show," he continued. "You're in a bubble when you're filming."

Fellowes then went into more detail about how audiences are trying to get the scoop, which can happen in a harmless Twitter photo.

"You're just tweeting these nice things and you don't realize there are millions of people worldwide trying to pick up the plot," he said.

Downton Abbey Season 5 is expected to premiere in January 2015 on PBS.
