Nathan (Ryan Paevy) and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) could be incredibly disgusted by their new friendship if they learn the truth about themselves on General Hospital.

Britt and Nathan Hook Up, Unaware That They're Related?

The two met at a bar and went back to Nathan's to hook up. However, they are completely unaware that they are actually brother and sister-something that was revealed in the jail cells at Port Charles Police Department, where Britt's mother, Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) ran into her sister, Madeline (Donna Mills)-Nathan's assumed mother. However, after the two sisters came face to face once more, it was revealed that Nathan was really Obrecht's son.

In a preview clip for the Monday, April 14 episode, Madeline will express to Obrecht that she highly doubts anything could ever happen between her children while their secret sits with them in jail.

Obrecht Shoots Elizabeth During Baby Ben Rescue Attempt?

"What are the odds of your children spending the night together?" Madeline asks in the clip.

At Nathan's however, Britt is about to leave after spending the night there-though it is unknown if the two did sleep together.

"Thank you for last night," Nathan says to Britt.

Meanwhile, Michael (Chad Duell) is struggling with finding out who was responsible for shooting his biological father, A.J. (Sean Kanan), and will confront Anna (Finola Hughes) when leads continue to not turn up.

"You have no information on who killed my father," Michael says in the clip.

Michael is unaware that his adoptive father, Sonny (Maurice Bernard) is actually responsible for A.J.'s death, though his mother, Carly (Laura Wright) has figured out the mystery and is struggling with whether or not to tell her son.

Patrick (Jason Thompson) is also struggling with A.J.'s death, and blames himself for doing the surgery that wound up making him prone to aneurysms.

"Because of me, Michael lost his father," he says to Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
