It looks like reality star Lisa Vanderpump is caught up in quite a stir with a waitress who filed a suit against a manager at the star's restaurant.

On Sunday, TMZ reported that waitress Karina Bustillos is claiming that restaurant manager Villa Bustillos tried to kiss her, called her a c--- and grabbed her wrists. Apparently, the waitress told Vanderpump about the incident and she supposedly did nothing about it.

The Vanderpump Rules star told the site that Bustillos has been having work issues that have gotten her fired several times, one of them for drinking on the job. Vanderpump also claims that she knew nothing about the situation until the case was filed.

It also turns out that the reality star supposedly investigated the incident and could not find any evidence that the waitress's accusations against the manager were true. She also claims that the manager has worked for her for several years and has never had a claim filed against him.

At this point, Bustillos is reportedly demanding $5 million for the case, but Vanderpump is only offering about $40K. The trial is supposed to begin on Monday.

Vanderpump has had her share of drama in reality television especially when she was on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Rumor had it that she had planned on leaving the series, but based on some of her recent tweets, it looks like she hasn't made a decision yet.

"Good morning,once again endless stories fabricated by some,NO discussions and most importantly No decisions as yet. Let's get on with life," she wrote.
