Evelyn Lozada may have given birth a month ago, but she certainly doesn't look it.

The reality star showed off her post-baby body on Monday with two Instagram photos, in which she sported a white tank top, blue sweatpants as well as gold sneakers and displayed her flat tummy. Yet, Lozada is also working to achieve some more results.

Two weeks ago, Lozada revealed that she was back in the gym shortly after she gave birth to her second child. "I can't wait to share my journey with all of you!" she wrote in an Instagram post along with a photo of a treadmill. "We can do it together!"

The 38-year-old welcomed her baby boy, Carl Leo, on March 22. "Thank you God for my blessing!" Lozada tweeted shortly after.

Her son was named after the baby's father and her fiancé, Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Carl Crawford.

"He came into my life at a perfect time. Everything that happened makes me appreciate him 1,000 times more and he also makes me a better person," she recently told Life & Style.

"I would say my broken bridge led me to happiness," she also said. "If I had to do it again, I would because I truly feel complete right now in my life and I wouldn't change it for anything."
