Apparently, Donnie Wahlberg of the A&E reality show, Wahlburgers, wants to make things permanent with his former girlfriend, Jenny McCarthy.

On Wednesday, the 41-year-old co-host of The View exuberantly shared the news of her recent engagement to Mark Wahlberg's younger brother, live during the talk show. "This weekend I was sitting with Donnie ... and he went into the other room and out came Evan with a card that said 'Will' and he handed it to me," continued McCarthy. "Then Evan ran away and Evan came in with a card that said 'You.' ... I just started crying and then Evan came back into the room with the word 'Marry' -- but spelled wrong," she laughed.

When her little Evan came out for the fourth part of the sentence, their grand finale of the moment ensued. Donnie was with him to complete the question, wearing a shirt that read "Me?" as he knelt on one knee and proposed to her with a yellow sapphire ring. What's more, without missing a beat, her little boy exclaimed, "I have another dad!"

During the show, she continued to gush about her love for the 44-year-old singer, at which point he rushed with bear hugs and big smooches in tow, to plant on his new fiancée. The future Mrs. Donnie Wahlberg seemed absolutely elated as she shed several tears of joy.
