Though Sonny (Maurice Bernard) has been having an extremely guilty conscience over murdering A.J. (Sean Kanan), he could get away with his crime when the police become convinced they have the right person in custody on General Hospital.

Carlos Under Investigation For A.J.'s Murder?

Carlos (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) was brought in for questioning after he was recognized by an arms dealer, and though he initially had plans to tell the truth and point the finger of blame at both Sonny and Ava (Maura West), a threat that Ava would harm Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) and her unborn child may have gotten him to shut his mouth. In a preview clip for the Thursday, April 17 episode, this appears to be the very move that could finish him off entirely.

"You, my friend, are on your own," Anna (Finola Hughes) says to him in the clip.

Sonny Suspects Luke's Connection To Julian?

Meanwhile, Sonny is on the verge of a nervous breakdown, but can't talk to anyone about the reasons why without confessing the crime, leaving him only Ava to confide in.

"The only one I can talk to is you," he says.

Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is all set to move in with Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) since he wants to repay the debt he owes her for telling him the truth about Britt (Kelly Thiebaud). He also wants to take care of her now that she is recovering from a shoulder wound after Britt's crazy mother, Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) shot her. However, Elizabeth will bring her son Cameron (Michael Leone) with her, which Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) will not approve of, since both have crushes on Emma (Brooklyn Rae Silzer).

"So Spencer what do you think?" Nikolas asks his son in the clip as Elizabeth and Cameron wait just inside the doorway of the mansion.

"Over my dead body," Spencer replies.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
