Phaedra Parks has spoken out about serious fraud charges that her husband, Apollo Nida, is facing.

Apollo's Legal Issues Causing Unhealthy Weight Loss For Phaedra?

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live Sunday, Parks was asked about her husband's legal issues.

She gave the classy response, "I obviously have nothing to do with his current issues and so he is going to appear and have his own conversation with the lovely Andy Cohen and he will tell you all about his issues and problems and I am going to sit back and listen."

She also reiterated that she is not connected to Nida's case at all. He is currently facing fraud charges for a scam that reportedly brought in roughly $3 million. He is accused of stealing victims' identities and using them to set up phony businesses as well as stealing employees of Delta Airlines social security checks. He has until April 25 to decide whether to accept a plea deal or go to trial. Parks confirmed that she will absolutely not be representing Nida in his case.

Amid all of his legal issues, rumors have been circulating that Parks and Nida are in talks of splitting up.

Parks shut down those rumors as well.

"I have not filed for divorce I am still very married. Check out there ring... See? So no, I have not filed for divorce."

She seemed to put on a great face when host Andy Cohen mentioned that the entire ordeal "has be tough" for her.

Parks replied, "Of course it is but we are where we are. We'll support him. We are a family. He's the father of my two beautiful kids. At the end of the day I am a southern belle, you know, I believe in family and I will support him until this is resolved."
