The back shot of the couple shows them with their arms around each other as Gretzky's bare legs are seen.

The model is wearing a grey sweater with shorts as her hair is pulled back around her head and her right hand is in the air. Her fiancé is wearing a black jacket with dark pants and a hat as the sky is a mix of blue and yellow as the two look outwards.

It is likely that the picture was taken in Cabo based on the model's most recent photo that was taken right before this one.
