It's really a case of he said, she said, porn star said, in the cheating scandal swirling around David Mcintosh, 27, former royal marine commando and ex-Gladiator star. He's accused of cheating on his English model girlfriend Kelly Brook, 34 - while engaged. For now, Brook is standing by her man.

Mcintosh's skeletons have come out the closet, according to Tuesday's OK! First his ex-girlfriend 20-something Sara Beverley Jones called Mcintosh a "vain, manipulative, bullying cheat."

"I'd say he cheated on me with at least six girls. I don't think Kelly knows the real him - after nine months, I didn't," she said at the beginning of the year. 

But is he cheating now? It's hard to tell whether Jones' opinions are references to a current scandal or the recriminations of a woman scorned. 

While that accusation is still buzzing, porn star Gina Rodriguez, 43, came out in saying Mcintosh flirted with her on Facebook.  She said he sent her messages calling her "really sexy" and suggested he "pose naked" for her. Apparently, he "played down" his engagement to Kelly saying they were "kind of" engaged. Well the court is open, Mcintosh?

The ex-Gladiator, once known as Tornado, defended himself last week saying: "I have never spoken or messaged Gina. I have never heard of her. I'm loyal to Kelly."

His agent told New! Magazine: "David denies all claims. None of the Facebook pages actually belonged to David."

The jury's still out for the public, but for Brook the case is closed. Kelly laughed off the reports by posting a snap of her man cooking in the kitchen with the caption: "Get off Facebook and get back in the kitchen."
