Apparently, the characters slated to say "I do," are not the ones that many viewers would guess. On Monday, a report claimed, "there's going to be a wedding at the end of this season," and that, "The characters tying the knot may not be who you think."

Likewise, this seems to be amongst the best of season finale pitches that series producer Dick Wolf has ever heard. According to executive producer Matt Olmstead, his boss has already given his "big" idea for Chicago Fire's season finale the green light. Olmstead revealed, "there's a big call and characters might be in danger," and that the show is, "going out of this season with major jeopardy for the house."
