Rachel (Lea Michele) will find that her reputation has been damaged among the theater crowd on an upcoming episode of Glee.

Brittany Returns With Santana For Season 5 Finale?

In episode 5.19, titled Old Dog, New Tricks, Rachel will enlist in the help of Santana (Naya Rivera) in order to salvage her bad reputation among theater bloggers, per Fox's plot synopsis. Santana will act as Rachel's publicist and create a new charity for rescue animals in order to make Rachel seem like a better person.

Meanwhile, Kurt (Chris Colfer) will doing his own charitable work as he lands the title role in a retirement home production of Peter Pan. Old Dog, New Tricks is set to air Tuesday, May 6. The episode is written by Colfer, his first time writing for the series.

Other cast members slated to appear in the episode are Amber Riley as Mercedes, Darren Criss as Blaine and Chord Overstreet as Sam.

This will be the penultimate episode of the season, considering Fox cut the season order from 22 to 20. In the season 5 finale, features the show's various characters at a crossroads, according to a new report by TVLine.

Rachel is unsure of whether or not to leave Broadway behind and embrace television as Sam and Mercedes decide they make break up in order to "save their careers." Meanwhile, Blaine finds himself in the spotlight at NYADA.

"All of these things are building to a head in [the finale]," Glee EP Ryan Murphy told TVLine. "I would say 'explosion' is too harsh of a word, but something big happens, and the final season is the aftermath of that."

Glee season 5 airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on Fox.
