Olympic swimmer Stephanie Rice tweeted racy photos of herself in a sexy swimsuit. The 24-year-old Australian swimmer who secured three gold medals at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, posted the photo with the caption: "Thank you to the Gorgeous @elliegonsalves for my birthday @veveswimwear bikini".

Rice's management confirmed to the Daily Telegraph that Stephanie is in no way endorsing Ellie Gonsalves' swimwear. "No, Stephanie isn't an ambassador for Ellie Gonsalves, she just loves their stuff. She doesn't have any relationship with Speedo anymore so there are no restrictions there."

The Olympic Champion will go on to defend her title at the London Olympics next month. She will be facing some serious competition, including world champion Elizabeth Beisel, who just set the fastest time in the world this year - 4 minutes 31.74 seconds - to win the event at the US trials yesterday.

However, Rice's set the world record of 4:29.45 in 2008 which led her to win the gold medal in Beijing.

Rice's coach Michael Bolt told The Australian: "Elizabeth has to be respected and she has to be seen as the one to beat. In my eyes she's the most dangerous person going in because she's won the world championship and backed it up with another great performance here. I think you will have to go under 4:30 to win it in London."
