The drama surrounding Sabrina's (Teresa Castillo) pregnancy with Patrick's (Jason Thompson) baby will come to an ultimate head on General Hospital after it becomes imperative she deliver early following a horrific car accident.

Sabrina's Life Threatened By Ava?

After the car accident in which she, Patrick and Emma (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) were run off the road and teetered on the edge of electrocuted water, rescue crews arrived and it was determined that in order to save both Sabrina and the baby's lives, she would need to deliver immediately. In a preview clip for the Friday, April 25 episode, it appears Sabrina will be losing her fight as she is encouraged by Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) to keep going.

"I need you to push, now" Britt says to her in the clip.

Sabrina, Patrick and Emma's Lives At Stake Following Car Accident?

Meanwhile, Ava's (Maura West) potential involvement in the accident is suspected by Carlos (Jeffrey Vincent Parise), who is convinced that she was the one responsible for running Patrick and Sabrina off the road. He told Franco (Roger Howarth) his suspicions, further cementing the case he and Carly are building against her.

While she becomes a suspect in the accident, Ava and Sonny (Maurice Bernard) are also getting busy directly on top of A.J.'s freshly made grave as they both try to deal with their guilt over murdering him. However, their guilt sex could be interrupted with Sonny's son, Morgan (Bryan Craig) arrives at the cemetery and calls out for his much older girlfriend.

"Ava? You out here?" he calls out as Ava and Sonny try and regain their composure.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
