Naya Rivera appears to be having a bad week.

After reports swirled that she was fired from her hit-show Glee, she was recently dropped by Columbia Records.

Billboard even confirmed that that the record label had ended its relationship with the 27-year-old singer.

Rivera only released one single, Sorry from her debut album, which features her ex-fiance Big Sean. The song sold 34,000 downloads.

Rivera's rep issued a statement on Friday, debunking the reports, adding that the media is trying to harness her reputation.

"The news story claiming that Naya Rivera was dropped from her recording contract with Columbia Records is absolutely false... To be clear, any rumors or statements made as fact, that Naya Rivera was fired or let go from 'Glee' or dropped from her recording contract, are categorically false. Someone obviously has an agenda to damage Naya's good name and the media are failing at their duty to responsibly vet their sources and verify what is true and what is not. Naya's attorneys are prepared to take any and all legal action to enforce and protect her rights.'"

Last month, Big Sean released a statement about the couple's failed engagement, claiming that he had a serious change of heart.

"After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off," Big Sean's rep said in a statement. "The recent rumors and accusations reported by so called or fake sources are simply untrue. Sean wishes Naya nothing but the best and it is still his hope that they can continue to work through their issues privately. We will not be commenting again on this matter."
