Fans of TLC's Here Comes Honey Boo Boo can likely look forward to one big event in the show's upcoming fourth season-big sister Anna 'Chickadee' Shannon's wedding!

Anna 'Chickadee' Shannon's Engagement

The 19-year-old married her fiancé, Michael Cardwell, on May 3, according to People Magazine.

"I'm so excited to be marrying Michael," she told the magazine before the ceremony. "[My daughter] Kaitlyn and I are very lucky to have him, and we can't wait to grow our family. I can't wait to be his wife."

'Chickadee' Can't Wait To Have More Kids?

Fans of the show saw Cardwell propose to Shannon in the show's season 3 finale back in March. He proposed to the single mom with a pizza that had the words "Marry Me" spelled out in pepperoni.

The wedding will be a part of the new season when it returns to TLC on June 19.

However, despite fans of the show being invested in the Shannon/Thompson family's lives, one television star has come out to speak against most reality television -- including Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.

"I think reality TV sucks for the most part," Luke Perry told People May 5. "It's put so many writers out of business and put so many actors out of work that it's changed the face of entertainment. As a guy who has grown up making his living making primetime television -- get that reality s--- out of here and give more writers and actors a chance to make shows that people will watch."

In his rant, Perry did blame the exploits of Alana "Honey Boo Boo' Thompson and her family -- June 'Mama June' Shannon, Mike 'Sugar Bear' Thompson, Lauren 'Pumpkin' Shannon, Jessica 'Chubbs' Shannon and Anna-for taking "away from ...legit, real [TV]."

Honey Boo Boo Season 4 premieres Thursday, June 19 on TLC.
