The sequel to Magic Mike may end up casting another male stripper played by theatrical actor Taye Diggs.

Zac Efron To Play Stripper In Magic Mike XXL?

The Rent star was on Ellen on Thursday where he and the talk show host had themselves a humorous conversation about scaring others when they each tried to see if they could make the other jump more. As this continued, Diggs was asked if he would be taking a part in the next Magic Mike film.

"I don't know why there weren't no black people in the first one," Diggs started. He then started mumbling to himself when a man dressed as a stripper from the film came out from behind him and gave Diggs a good scare.

Magic Mike Sequel Loses A Stripper?

While the actor laughed off the moment, he was asked if it actually would be a possibility for him to make an appearance in the film when Diggs responded that he would definitely do it if he was asked.

"I have no idea, but I would love to," he said.

There have been a number of rumors going around on new actors making appearances in the movie, one of them including Neighbors star Zac Efron who told KIIS FM that he would love to be a part of it as well.

"I loved the movie, I thought it was a really funny movie," Efron said. "It was really well done, it was cool, it was an interesting story. I honestly haven't talked to anybody about it yet, but I don't know, it's a great group of people. I would definitely be interested."

Magic Mike XXL is expected to hit theaters on July 3, 2015.
