Apolla Nida is facing up to 30 years in prison.

According to TMZ, the husband of Phaedra Parks plead guilty to identity theft on Tuesday, after allegedly stealing identities from over 50 people and reportedly laundered more than $2.3 million.

The site also reported that the U.S. Attorneys' office learned of Nida, after he "cashed tons of stolen U.S.Treasury checks, and checks from the Delta Airlines pension fund...then laundered the money through bank accounts in the names of people whose IDs he also stole."

In court, he admitted to his wrongdoings all while pleading guilty to charges of mail and wire and bank fraud. He said he takes "full responsibility" for his actions and expressed hurt for his family and every person affected by his fraud.

He was reportedly working in connection with co-conspirator by the name of Gayla St. Julien and received 5 years in prison. Julien took orders from Nida, by opening UPS mailboxes and bank checking accounts using those fake identities, deposit those checks, then pocket the money.

"It was a dumb situation I put myself in," Nida said.

Earlier this year, Nida was arrested and charged with bank fraud. Back in 2009, he left prison after spending five years locked for federal racketeering charges, related to auto title fraud.

Nida will be sentenced on July 8th at 2pm for conspiracy to commit mail, bank fraud and wiring money.
