The Nurse's Ball is officially underway on General Hospital and as the red carpet arrivals begin, the drama will start to unfold right in front of all the flashing cameras.

Lucy's Secret Tryst With Scott Revealed?

The first big reveal may have to do with Lucy's (Lynn Herring) affair with Scott (Kyn Shriner). She has been secretly sleeping with the Assistant District Attorney for months, behind her husband Kevin's (Jon Lindstrom) back. But in a preview clip for the Thursday, May 8 episode, Kevin may overhear a private conversation Lucy has and will learn the truth.

"Kevin didn't find out what?" he asks as he comes up behind Lucy.

Olivia Confronts Sonny About Cheating With Ava?

The red carpet will also see some drama, as Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) and Sonny (Maurice Bernard) are feuding over his brief tryst with Ava (Maura West). Olivia demanded the truth from Sonny about whether or not he cheated on her, and after deflecting her questions, Sonny finally confessed when he realized Olivia knew the truth anyway. She walked out on him and appeared to end the relationship, though the two do appear to be entering the ball together. However, even if they are attending together, the tension will still be so thick and noticeable in front of the cameras that Sonny will confront her over her hostility.

"You really want to do this on TV in front of everybody?" he asks Olivia in the clip.

Meanwhile, some drama won't even make it to the red carpet. Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) accepted Ric's (Rick Hearst) invitiation to attend the ball with him, much to Nikolas' (Tyler Christopher) dismay, as he has realized how much he wants her back now-but could be too late.

"I see the way you look at her," his son, Spencer (Nicholas Bechtel) says to him.

General Hospital airs Monday-Wednesday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
