Now that Mila Kunis has revealed her pregnancy, she's opening up about her plans to have a natural birth.

On Friday's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Kunis revealed that she and Ashton Kutcher have been watching documentaries to prepare for their baby's birth.

"We thought about. We watched a couple of documentaries, and we looked into the midwife aspect of it, and we spoke to my OBGYN and realized that the hospital that I'm going to be laboring in does a midwife, doula type of thing," Kunis revealed.

The actress even admitted that she might give birth at home with a midwife with no epidural!

Will you do an epidural even?" DeGeneres asked.

"No," Kunis replied. "I know. I'm crazy."

"I did this to myself, I might as well do it right, I mean," the actress said. "I wanted this, it's not like, no one made me do this!"

As far as what Kunis has been eating, she also shared her cravings.

"I'm very stereotypical. I eat sauerkraut all day long," Kunis laughed. "Here's the truth, this is the worst craving to have because sauerkraut smells. So every time you open up the jar it just reeks in the whole kitchen."

Kutcher has been supportive of Kunis' cravings and has kept the refrigerator stocked with food.

"Just pickles, and sauerkrauts, anchovies, and ice cream, just in case at one point during this pregnancy I would be like, ‘I really want something,'" Kunis said.
