Charlie Sheen is coming after Rihanna via social media.

The 48-year-old wrote a lengthy tweet about his frustration with the singer after she reportedly declined to meet him and his fiancee when they all happened to be at the Giorgio Baldi restaurant at the same time in Santa Monica on Wednesday.

"I sent a request over to her table to introduce my fiancé Scotty to her, as she is a huge fan. (personally I couldn't pick her out of a line-up at gunpoint)," he tweeted on Thursday. "Well, the word we received back was that there were too many paps outside and it just wasn't possible at this time."

While the former Two and a Half Men star said he didn't care to meet Rihanna, his fiancée was "not ok with it." Sheen then implied that Rihanna's behavior will lead to a fall in her fame and career.

"See ya on the way down, (we always do) and actually, it was a pleasure NOT meeting you," he added. "I'm guessing you needed those precious 84 seconds to situate that bad wig before you left the restaurant."

That same day, Rihanna tweeted, "If that old queen don't get ha diapers out of a bunch..." presumably responding to Sheen's rant.

TMZ also caught the Unapologetic singer visiting the same restaurant on Thursday night and posing for a photo with an excited fan in front of tons of paparazzi.
