Katie Holmes is set to receive practically nothing from the divorce from Tom Cruise as stated in their prenup she signed before they got married.

According to TMZ, a source close to the matter says she will not be walking away from the marriage with $15 to $20 million as other reports have stated. Instead, she will be leaving with what she came into the marriage with and whatever she has earned along the way and nothing more.

That seems to be fine with Katie since she never married Cruise for the money in the first place.

The 33-year old actress will be pursuing child support from him which won’t be a small amount, according to the report.

The couple, often nicknamed "TomKat", announced their divorce on Friday after years of rumors and five years of marriage.

When the news of the split was announced, Holmes hoped that the divorce could stay as private as possible. "This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family," Holmes' attorney Jonathan Wolfe said in a statement on Friday.

"Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest." The couple have a 6-year old daughter Suri.
