Despite reports on Twilight stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson ending all communication with each other, it turns out that the former couple's relationship isn't over just yet.

On Wednesday, Gossip Cop posted a story from Pattinson's interview with The Hollywood Reporter. The actor talked about how he felt about the success of of Twilight and such, but then he was asked if he still keeps in touch with his former on-screen girlfriend.

The magazine quoted him with a "blithely" response where he simply said, "Yeah."

This ought to cause a number of heads to turn since there have been multiple reports that mentioned that he did not want to stay in touch with Stewart anymore.

"Rob is beyond ready to cut the cord with Kristen," a source told Hollywood Life. "They were definitely in love, but the relationship has run its course and he is ready to move on."

The source even admitted that Pattinson was ignoring Stewart's requests to hang out apparently because he didn't want to give her the wrong idea.

"Let's be real- if he wanted to see her, he could charter private jets all the time. He just doesn't want to," the insider said. "He wishes her the best, but he's interested in being single and working and living his life- end of story."

There is massive speculation at this point on what's going on between the two since it was reportedly Pattinson, himself, who admitted to the magazine that he is still in contact with Stewart as opposed to a source saying so.
