Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert have faced a whirlwind of divorce and pregnancy rumors, but does the country couple want children?

"Our dogs are our children," claimed Lambert in a 2013 interview with Entertainment Tonight, where she was busy promoting her work with the Pedigree Dog Charity. She has also used her Twitter account to promote the adoption of shelter dogs.
A year has passed and, while pregnancy rumors are alive and well, Shelton and Lambert are no closer to having children.
They have, however, acquired two more dogs. Lambert is a known animal advocate, working to help shelter dogs find homes. Her and Shelton, who had five dogs in 2013, presently have seven dogs, most recently a young rescue puppy named Bellamy. They also have a number of horses.
In addition to their furry "children", the couple has been busy with full schedules. Shelton is still a judge on NBC's The Voice and Lambert just recorded an her fifth album, Platinum, which comes out on June 3.
According to an a May 2014 interview with Us Weekly, Lambert had a "blast" making the album. "We're so busy," claimed Lambert recently told Entertainment Tonight and that, before having children, her and her husband would "like to be a little more settled."
The interview mirrors the one she held in 2013, diverting all discussion of children through the mention of her dogs. With their busy schedules and Lambert's recent weight loss, is a baby just not in the cards?
