Claire Danes Pregnant with First Child: Report

Actress Claire Danes is pregnant with her first child, according to People Magazine.

The 33-year-old star is expecting a baby with husband actor Hugh Dancy, 37, to whom she married in 2009.

Danes plays a CIA analyst Carrie Mathison on the popular TV thriller "Homeland" while Dancy stars in the popular TV series "Hannibal."

Dancy also plays Dr. Mortimer Granville in the film "Hysteria," which is currently in theaters.

Dane's pregnancy is not expected to impact the production of season 2 of "Homeland" a spokesperson for Fox 21 told People.

Danes was named one of "The 100 Most Influential People in the World" in 2012 by Time magazine.

The magazine praised her portrayal of the CIA agent saying her "finely calibrated, deliberate and nuanced portrait of her is breathetaking."
