It looks like there might be some changes for the next season of Lifetime's hit reality television show, Dance Moms. There is new speculation that the star of the show, Abby Lee Miller might not be returning for Season 5 after she's been hit with a lawsuit by her fellow cast member.

Maddie Ziegler Unhappy With Last Season Of Dance Moms

Pennsylvania mother Kelly Hyland along with her two daughters, Brooke and Paige, filed a lawsuit in L.A. Superior Court in April, citing "abuse" and "unlawful working conditions" for the underage girls on the show.

Hyland, who has known Miller since their childhood, says the show has placed an extreme burden on her children, allegedly calling Miller abusive, who acts like a drill sergeant to her dancers. She also says that Miller deliberately provokes the parents to build up drama for the show as well.

"Miller screams at the girls in front of the other dancers, moms and production crew," reads the suit, "causing them to cry, and then Miller derides them for being emotionally weak when they do. Miller even tossed a chair during a confrontation with Paige."

The suit also alleges this is all part of an effort by the producers of the show to generate ratings.

Meanwhile, Miller is currently touring with her Abby Lee Dance Company and will be heading to Australia this summer. Lifetime has not made an announcement on whether Dance Moms will return for a fifth season or not.

The first half of Season 4 of Dance Moms ended in April. The series debuted in July 2011.
