Kardashian was the one drinking, while Montana did the gun slinging in the controversial Instagram pic. Kardashian captioned the latest photo "About to go gucci maaannnnnn. #MovieSet #JustDifferent @frenchmontana" Us Weekly suggested that the two were on the set of Montana's newest music video for his latest song.

Kardashian and Montana have been pretty much joined at the hip ever since Kardashian arrived back in the United States from her sister Kim Kardashian's wedding in Italy.

The two were even seen watch shopping in NYC at Rafaello & Company where they bought matching 18-carat gold watches. "They are the newest power couple," the owner told E! News after their visit. "They were happy-spirited and beautiful. They seemed very happy and they seemed like they had missed each other."

"They're as serious as can be," a source told Hollywood Life about Montana and Khloe. "Fact is he treats her like a queen and beyond that, Khloe trusts him. That's huge for her."

Khloe had a bitter split from husband Lamar Odom after drug and cheating allegations came to light, although the couple has not gotten closer to divorce yet.

Khloe made no apologies for her recent photo with Montana as of Monday morning. On her Twitter page, the Keeping Up with the Kardashian's star wrote, "I love you guys!!! Muah!!! Xoxo happy Monday."
