Theron, Penn and Jackson were spotted running errands in Hollywood where Jackson also ate some ice cream. Theron, dressed in all black, held hands with her son, while Penn walked alongside them.

Over the weekend, Penn and Theron had a more adult date when they were seen at Ron Jones' Influence Jazz Orchestra at Vibrato in Los Angeles. E! Online reports that Penn and Theron were there supporting MacFarlane, who sang with the Orchestra. Penn and Theron were "very close the entire evening" according to a source.

Theron recently opened up about her new relationship with the Oscar winner. "Sean and I have known each other for 18 years. We were just really good friends. And it's been slow going because you are aware that you could screw that up and lose it," Theron spilled in Vogue. "We had to think about it. But at the end of the day, it was somewhat effortless."

A source even told Us Weekly that the couple is thinking of expanding their brood. Penn also has two children with his ex-wife Robin Wright. "They absolutely want to get married," a Penn friend told Us Weekly about the couple. "They want to grow their family."

Theron admitted to Esquire UK that she wasn't looking for a relationship when she fell in love with Penn. That doesn't mean, however, that the stunning actress isn't enjoying her new love. "It was nice to be single," Theron said "and now it's nice not to be single."
