RuPaul Season 6 winner Bianca Del Rio revealed some details about what happens behind the scenes of the reality series, and how difficult it can be to be a part of it.

Beneva Fruitville To Compete With Cocoa Chandelier?

On Thursday, Metro Weekly posted an interview with Del Rio, who dished on how often the queens are surrounded with each other and which scenes are specifically used for viewers.

"You do 12- to 14-hour days when you're there. And you know that all of that is not going to make it in the final cut. It is a competition, but it's also a TV show," the Season 6 winner said. "So they're going to use what they feel is worthy. If you cry, it's going to be used. If you throw a temper tantrum, they're going to use it."

Jeffree Star & Ellen DeGeneres To Be Guest Judges?

This gives some more insight on what fans can expect to see in Season 7 if there's more to the dramatic situations than what is usually seen.

"It's a bit overwhelming. Everyone has their guard up," Del Rio said. "Everyone thinks, 'Alright, I'm in a room with these b---es, I've got to do this.' And as you go along you get to know them. And you get to hear more about their stories, and you become friends with them. So it makes it a little easier to let your guard down. It was more of a journey for myself."

RuPaul's Drag Race Season 7 is expected to premiere in February 2015 on Logo TV.
