Twilight star Robert Pattinson reportedly revealed that he still keeps in touch with his ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart, and now it appears that the actor has something positive to look forward to based on a recent image.

On Wednesday, Daily Mail posted pictures of Pattinson as he was in an Australian terminal wearing a bright yellow shirt with a black jacket and pants. He added a pair of sunglasses with a backpack as he was spotted with a grin on his face. He had his head bent down as if he was trying to hide it.

In other photos, he can be seen walking without a smile.

Considering that the actor recently told The Hollywood Reporter that he and his ex still keep in contact as published on Gossip Cop, there has been constant speculation if there are any lingering feelings between them.

Before this news was rumored, there was a story from Hollywood Life that stated that Pattinson didn't plan on keeping Stewart in his life anymore.

"Rob is beyond ready to cut the cord with Kristen," a source told the site. "They were definitely in love, but the relationship has run its course and he is ready to move on."

Apparently, the reason for the actor doing this was because he didn't want to give Stewart the wrong idea.

"Let's be real- if he wanted to see her, he could charter private jets all the time. He just doesn't want to," the source said. "He wishes her the best, but he's interested in being single and working and living his life- end of story."
