There are more rumors of Dancing With the Stars replacing co-host Erin Andrews after only one season, but this time there may be a new co-host in mind.

The Walking Dead Star Competing In Season 19 Of Dancing With the Stars?

A new report by In Touch (via GossipCop) is claiming that Andrews may be replaced by a former DWTS contestant with a lot of entertainment co-hosting experience. The report alleges that Extra co-host Maria Menounos is being tapped to replace Andrews.

"They really want her to co-host the show," an alleged source close to DWTS told In Touch. "Erin was a total diva and didn't get along with anyone. No one liked her - which is why they really want Maria."

Menounos was a contestant on the 14th season of Dancing With the Stars, where she came in fourth place with her pro dancing partner Derek Hough.

While Menounos would likely be a natural fit co-hosting DWTS, the reports are apparent completely false.

However, a source close to Menounos told GossipCop that the reports are "not true." The publication had previously reported that claims of Andrews being replaced were not true and that DWTS actually liked her as a co-host.

There will presumably be an announcement this summer to confirm Andrews' return or departure, though the former seems entirely more likely.

Dancing With the Stars Season 19 premieres in fall 2014 on ABC, though the network has not yet announced a specific air date. It is, however, scheduled to return to its regular Mondays at 8 p.m. timeslot, with no results show.
