Internet celebrity Jen Selter reportedly revealed some details on how she got her muscular body with some helpful workout tips.

Jen Selter Reveals Her Two Favorite Things?

On Wednesday, Selter posted five different workouts on Bodybuilding.com that work for different areas, including the behind. The first tip that Selter mentioned was the Donkey Kick, which shows a photo of the model on all fours with one leg kicking up behind her.

"The important thing to remember with this exercise is to squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement," Selter wrote in the Notes section. "The rate of descent is also critical; you need a slow negative to really get that burn."

The next two workouts are the Fire Hydrant and the Chair Kick. Once those are done, the next is the Squat Pulse, which according to the model, this should be at a point where the body really starts to develop.

"By now your glutes should be burning like crazy, but throw in this squat pulse to send that to a whole new level," Selter wrote. "The payoff is definitely worth it."

The last move is the Squat Kick, which is supposed to be good for targeting glutes.

"Not all cardio equipment is the same when it comes to working your glutes," the model noted. "To target my rear, I work the Stairmaster and walk on a treadmill set at a fairly steep incline."

"Doing one (or both) of these at the end of a glute workout is a great idea," Selter added. "Otherwise add cardio work on separate days for some extra booty-blasting fun."
