While the ex-couple have wanted to settle their case quickly, they could not agree on terms as Frankel wanted to have full custody of their daughter. Hoppy fought for better parental rights, as he wanted to have equal custody along with Frankel.

"Bethenny never wanted to take it this far, never wanted this to be dragged out in court," a source close to the talk show host tells People Magazine. "She's thrilled this has settled and that they can finally move on."

The source also adds that Frankel and Hoppy are no longer living together, as it was previously reported, and that she has moved out from the million-dollar loft they once shared. Initially Hoppy refused to move out from their loft, forcing the two to live with each other, despite their seperation.

"Bethenny has rented a place where she and Bryn can have time along together, and where doesn't have to be uncomfortable," added the source. "Bethenny's a great mother and she only wants the best for her daughter."
