Jenni "JWoww" Farley is fighting back in a new interview against allegations that she had plastic surgery done while pregnant.

While on the Sway Radio Show, the former Jersey Shore alum called out celebrity gossip site TMZ for suggesting that the reality television star has plastic surgery done to her face during her pregnancy. Farley is hitting back at the allegations, calling them both false and hurtful, even though she did manage to see a humorous side to it.

"I definitely think it was a joke. They had "GTL" and "Wow" and everything in it," JWoww explains. "They were trying to say that I looked like I had bad plastic surgery done and that's why they were comparing me to Lil' Kim."

Even with the comparison, Farley says she didn't appreciate the site's remarks about her possibly having plastic surgery.

"The thing that got me upset though is that two weeks ago they said I looked great while at my baby shower," she explained. "And now they're trying to say that I had work done while I'm pregnant and a doctor did that."

When asked if she's had work done, JWoww defended herself, saying, "No, I've been pregnant for eight months now, and even if I wanted to get work done, obviously I can't go today or tomorrow."

JWoww is expected to give birth this summer. It will be the first child for her and her fiancé, Roger Matthews.
