The fashion choices for the 68th Annual Tony Awards—celebrating Broadway's biggest and brightest—were a hit Sunday night, from bold colors to shimmering styles.

The show's host, Neil Patrick Harris, spiced up his suited-up look with bright blue Hedwig nail polish, while Idina Menzel froze onlookers with her striking silhouette in a deep red Zac Posen dress.

As Emmy Rossum shined bright in Ralph Lauren silk, Vera Farmiga stayed sleek in a black Stella McCartney design. However, traditionally-cut gowns like Lena Hall's midnight blue and Audra McDonald's floral red and white, still won over the red carpet.

Courtney Reed and Anika Noni dazzled onlookers in their one-shoulder Grecian-inspired dresses. As for looking pretty in pink, RuPaul and Sutton Foster made it happen, with just the right shade of 80s brightness.

While Leighton Meester and Adam Brody chose neutral colors, some dresses literally sparkled, such as Kate Mara's beaded Dolce and Gabbana dress. Maggie Gyllenhaal's feathered look, meanwhile, blew away the paparazzi.

Perhaps the biggest sensation of the night belonged to Orlando Bloom, who's navy blue suit was no match for Hedwig's painted denim mini-dress.
