Twilight star Robert Pattinson was spotted by reporters at the airport where he was asked about his relationship status.

On Tuesday, Daily Mail posted a clip of the actor as he walked through LAX airport in Los Angeles where he was wearing sunglasses and a red beanie. As the reporters took a number of pictures of him, one of them asked how his single life was after breaking up with Kristen Stewart.

Pattinson did not just remain silent, but he didn't give any acknowledgment towards the question. He just continued to stroll through, but made a quick stop to take a picture with a fan.

The actor made the rest of the way to the car where he continued to remain silent and not look up at anyone.

There have been constant rumors back and forth on Stewart and Pattinson's status ever since the actor revealed to The Hollywood Reporter that he and his ex still keep in contact, published on GossipCop.

This news came after a source told Hollywood Life that Pattinson was over Stewart and ready to go on with his life.

"Rob is beyond ready to cut the cord with Kristen," the source said. "They were definitely in love, but the relationship has run its course and he is ready to move on."

Apparently, the actor could make time for his former girlfriend if he wanted to, but the insider mentioned that he doesn't want to give the wrong idea.

"He wishes her the best, but he's interested in being single and working and living his life- end of story," the source said.
